New Service – Food Logs & Feedback

Beginning March 2015, Nutritionist Rania Batayneh, MPH will be launching a new service: Food Logs & Feedback. This program allows the client/reader to have access to a Nutritionist by sending in food logs each night or weekly with follow up the next business day. Feedback will be based on The 1:1:1 Formula.

Benefits of this service include:
•Feedback directly on your food logs. Feedback may reflect smart choices, how to re-balance your day, new food ideas, encouragement of the choices you have made, and to help you strategize and come up with solutions to challenges you are facing (managing a sweet tooth, low energy, pre/post workout fueling, snacking strategy).
•An opportunity to ask questions related to weight loss progress, food choices, portions, or dining out strategies.
